Terms of use

These terms apply when you use vapourmagazine.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. Vapour is an affiliate and aggregation website, registered at 8 Hay Ln, Coventry CV1 5RF.

Adults only

This site covers nicotine products and is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please leave the site. Vapes and nicotine e-liquid cannot legally be sold to under-18s in the UK, and nothing on this site is meant for them.

Information, not advice

Our guides and reviews are general information about legal nicotine products in the UK. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. If you have questions about your health or about stopping smoking, speak to a pharmacist, your GP or the NHS. Our regulation pieces summarise the law in plain English; for anything you rely on, check the current text on legislation.gov.uk or take legal advice.

Prices, stock and buying

We do not sell anything. Prices, strengths and stock levels shown here are taken from the stores we track and refreshed about twice a day, so they can change before you buy. The price and terms shown at the store's checkout are the ones that apply. When you buy, your contract is with the store, not with us, and the store handles payment, age checks, delivery, returns and your consumer rights.

Links to other websites

We link to stores and to other websites, including official sources. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Buy links are commercial links; our disclaimer explains how.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and calculators on this site belong to Vapour or our licensors. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our pages with credit. Please do not copy or republish whole articles, scrape the site, or reuse our content commercially without written permission. Product names, logos and packaging belong to their brand owners and appear here only to identify the products.

Using the site properly

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, insert content or links into it, or use automated tools to copy it at scale.

Our liability

We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or error free, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
