5mg nic salts: every flavour we cover

The lowest strength in each range, for people who are cutting down or vape mainly for the flavour.

5mg nic salts are the gentlest strength the three big ranges sell, at 5mg of nicotine per ml. Most people who land here have already stepped down from 10mg or 20mg, or they never smoked heavily in the first place.

Not every flavour comes in 5mg, so the list below is shorter than at 10mg or 20mg. If a favourite is missing, it is usually only sold at the higher strengths.

Questions readers ask

Is 5mg nic salt strong?

No. It is the lowest strength in the Elux Legend, Elfliq and Bar Juice 5000 ranges, and it suits people who are cutting down. The strength guide compares it with 10mg and 20mg.

Why do fewer flavours come in 5mg?

Brands make the strengths that sell. Most nic salt buyers are ex-disposable users on 20mg, so some flavours are only made at 10mg and 20mg.

Can I go from 20mg straight to 5mg?

Most people find it easier to drop one step at a time, staying on 10mg for a few weeks first. Keeping the same flavour makes the change easier to judge.
